Our custom wines take advantage of high quality ingredients from around the world. We comb the world for only the best ingredients, purchasing from the top vineyards from California to France. From these top vintages, our small and personal winery will help you choose a wine to meet your exacting tastes.

We can provide everything you need to make a wine at home or you can use our facilities and trained winemakers to create your wine right here at Carrousel. When you use our experts, we can also who you how to bottle your wine.

Why have wine made? You can have a wine that is specific to your tastes. You can also celebrate special occasions, company events, and Christmas and other holidays. Our custom wines make for unique fundraising projects, as well.

Who does the work? We are here to assist you as much, or as little, as you like. You can take advantage of our expert winemakers and up-to-date facilities and complete the entire process right here. We also provide our expertise to home winemakers and can provide equipment and advice.

How do I get started? Come to our winery in South Range and select your wine. We'll introduce you to the wine-making process and help you determine how to proceed.

When will my wine be ready? Wine is generally ready to bottle in 4-8 weeks and each batch makes 28-30 bottles of quality wine. When your wine is made on our premises, we will help you with the bottling procedure. After bottling is complete, we suggest allowing 3-6 months before serving your custom wine.

Do you have custom labels? Yes, we can help you create your own label to celebrate weddings, graduations, special events, holidays and other special events.
